The Foreshadow Parade

Dr. Guy Peh

The Foreshadow Parade defies conventional celebration logic. While most parades happen after victories, Palm Sunday reveals a profound spiritual principle: celebrating what God has secured before it manifests.

Speaker 1:

Let's go to the Word of God this morning. We're excited to be here. This will conclude our spring North America tour. We just came in from Canada and since the beginning of the year we've been traveling around the country. So Tuesday we're heading out to Europe. Next two and a half months we're going to be in a different country every week and then we have in mid-June, early june, we're going to be doing training over a thousand pastors in africa. So it's going to be phenomenal. So thank you for your prayers. Amen.

Speaker 1:

Zachariah, chapter 9, verse 9 it says rejoice greatly, oh daughter of zion, o daughter of Zion, shout, o daughter of Jerusalem. Behold, your king is coming to you. He is just in having salvation, lowly, and riding on a donkey, a colt, the foal of a donkey. Mark 11, verse 2 and 3,. Go into the village ahead of you and immediately as you enter it, you will find tied there, a colt that has never been ridden. Somebody say untied, somebody say it like you're alive. Untie it and bring it to me. One translation said loose it and bring it to me. If anyone asks you why are you doing this, you just tell them the Lord has a need of it. Loose it and bring it to me. Let's stand up one more time and let's raise our hands towards heaven and let's make this prophetic declaration together. I want you to say this with me Raise your hands and pray in faith, with force and precision and confidence. Say Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ, I come before you. I boldly declare that I believe in the supernatural, I believe in miracles. This morning, lord, I ask you to give me eyes to see, ears to hear, a heart to receive, a will to obey and faith to act. In the name of Jesus Christ, I take my position in Christ and I take authority over every spirit that does not confess the name of Jesus Christ. I command him to leave this place and I declare that this place is an open heaven. The spirit of God is free to move. The angels of God are ascending and descending. They are going to and fro to execute the commands of God's word.

Speaker 1:

Preach Holy Spirit, teach Holy Spirit, prophesy Holy Spirit. Heal the sick. God, do what only you can do and take all the glory in the matchless name of Jesus. Can you burn with a shout and say amen. Tell your neighbor, you may be seated, but please don't be defeated. You know, now we understand. You know, of course I don't have any restriction here. I'm allowed to flow as a spirit lead, as your pastors have blessed me to do. But I just want to say that we understand that when gifts of the spirit are in operation, there must be a prophetic protocol, you know, to refine understanding Prophetic dialogue and protocol to refine understanding.

Speaker 1:

The Bible said that one prophesesy and let the other judge. And, and so we also understand that. Paul said we, we prophesy in part, we know in part and we prophesy in part. So the person prophesying doesn't, it's not perfect, doesn't know everything, right, and but also sometimes, because of the malpractice of the prophetic gift or the gifts of the spirit, people have been hurt and so sometimes they want to have an attitude of resistance towards it, right? So in the same breath the bible says not to despise prophecy. And God said, paul said to Timothy to you know, use the word that he received so that by them he may wage warfare. Very important.

Speaker 1:

First Corinthians, chapter 12.

Speaker 1:

Gifts of the spirit.

Speaker 1:

First Corinthians, chapter 14.

Speaker 1:

Gifts of the spirit.

Speaker 1:

First Corinthians, chapter 13. Love. So love is in the center. Love has to be in the center of everything. So if you don't feel love when you give minister to. You know, if you don't feel heaven, you know ministering love to you through gifts, even if the word has a corrective tone, it's the goodness of God that leads us to repentance. So I just want us to be open. You know, I don't know what's going to happen. I come to church like you pray with a word and ready to go, but then, as the Spirit leads, we'll flow together. But it has to be like, we have to be in agreement.

Speaker 1:

Amen, very important. So I'm going to start slow, but I'm not slow. The temperature is going to rise, but then what happens after that, I don't know. But I want to encourage you to also come tonight. We're really going to put an emphasis on signs and wonders tonight. So if you know anybody who needs a healing, you should bring them. If you need, if you need a breakthrough financially or whatever we are going to. I was gonna, I wanted to to go in that direction this morning, but I've kind of. You know it's palm sunday, so very good, and we're still gonna. We're still gonna flow today.

Speaker 1:

So charles finney, the famous revivalist, uh, he coined a phrase. He said there will be no revival if Mr Amen or Mr Wet Eye are not present in the meeting. So I like that. I stole that from him, but I remixed it a little bit and made it my own. And here's what I keep saying there will be no revival if Mr Amen, mr Hallelujah or Mrs Glory are not present in the meeting. I want to have Mr Hallelujah or Mrs Glory are not present in the meeting. I want a Mr Amen show up this morning. I want a Mr Hallelujah show up this morning. I want a Mrs Glory show up this morning.

Speaker 1:

Some people come to church to spectate, some people come to church to speculate. Some people come to church to pontificate, but God is looking for someone that will come in to participate. Can you participate by saying amen with fire? So first, john 3, verse 2 says beloved. Now we are children of God and it has not yet been revealed. Somebody say he has not yet been revealed what we shall be. Said again it again it has not yet been revealed what we shall be. Tell somebody don't judge me by what you see in me. Tell them this is not my arrival point, this is my journey. It has not yet been revealed what shall be.

Speaker 1:

I am somewhere in the future and I look much better than I look right now. I'm somewhere in the future and my money looks much better than it looks right now. I'm somewhere in the future and my health looks much better than it looks right now. Do you get the drift? Come on, I'm somewhere in the future and I look much better than I look right now. I'm somewhere in the future and I look much better than I look right now. I'm somewhere in the future and I look much better than. Come on somebody. Come on somebody. Do you believe it? If you believe it, shout glory, glory. If you believe it, shout glory. I'm speaking this morning on the foreshadow parade. The definition of foreshadow means to indicate, to represent, to hint at something yet to unfold In literature. Foreshadowing to prepare humanity for destiny. Hello, the triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem was not a celebration, celebration of what had happened. It was a prophetic parade of what was about to happen. I wonder if Mr Amen has left the building Now maybe. Let me use a sports analogy to kind of bring this home with you. Maybe that's going to resonate with you. You know it's interesting when it comes to sports in our great country, the United States. You know comes to sports in our great country, the United States. You know, when we organize championship games and everything and our team wins, you know we crown our team's world champion, even though nobody else play in it. Thank you for your support. And then when the team wins, they have a parade. Now imagine the Houston Rocket, thank you for your support, having a parade without even playing an NBA playoff game. We're going to have a parade. We are world champions. That doesn't make sense, hello, but this is exactly what happened here. The king wasn't crowned yet, hello, but the people waved palms, branches anyways. Before the cross, there was a celebration. Before the resurrection. Come on, there was rejoicing. Before the battle was won, the parade began. This wasn't reactionary, it was revelatory, come on. It wasn't theary, it was revelatory, come on. It wasn't the end of the story, it was the preview of power. Come on, tell somebody next to you, tell your neighbor it's time to celebrate what God has already secured, even before it shows up. Say it again with power and confidence it's time to celebrate what God has already secured, even before it shows up. Tell somebody next to you your healing it's secure. Your breakthrough is secure. Your healing is secure. The open door is secure. Your miracle is secure even before it shows up. It's time to celebrate what god has already secured secure. Come on, I am marching in the victory you haven't seen yet. I'm marching in the healing you haven't seen yet. I'm walking in an open door you haven't seen yet I'm opening. I'm walking in the power you haven't seen yet. That which shall be has not yet been revealed. I am somewhere in the future and my money looks much better than it looks right now. My health looks much better than it looks right now. Somebody shout glory. I'm walking in the rhythm of destiny before manifestation comes. I'm walking in the rhythm of destiny before manifestation comes. I'm walking in the rhythm of power before the power shows up. I'm walking in the rhythm of favor before favor shows up. I'm walking in the rhythm of demonstration before demonstration shows up.

Speaker 1:

Shad, expectation is the womb that carries manifestation. Come on, I've been to China 20 times and the Chinese have a proverb he that expects nothing shall not be disappointed. And when a woman is pregnant, you're not wondering is she pregnant? Is she not pregnant? Come on, we say she's expecting Because we know something is coming. The question is, is it a boy or a girl? But we know something is coming. Are they twins or triples or quadruplets? We know something is coming. Are they twins or triples or triplets? We know something is coming. So expectation is the womb that carries manifestation. But there will be no manifestation without your participation.

Speaker 1:

Oh, and I even like what Mark Hinken said. He said your celebration is a demonstration of your expectation. Come on somebody Hallelujah. Tell somebody, celebrate what God has already settled. Tell them I am going to celebrate what God has already settled. Jesus didn't tell them to hope a cult will be there. He didn't tell him maybe there will be a donkey there. He said go ahead. Tell somebody go ahead, you will find it. The provision was already waiting. Listen, hidden, but arranged. God already prepared what Jesus needed. God already prepared what Jesus needed.

Speaker 1:

The parade was the announcement of a spiritual reality about to become visible. The full shadow parade wasn't a reaction to the cross. Hello, it was an announcement of heaven's plan unfolding. Have you ever watched a trailer for a movie Coming soon? They said this is the preview of upcoming attraction. So the kingdom preview the resurrection during the parade.

Speaker 1:

That's what Palm Sunday was A spiritual teaser of the divine victory. Come on, that's why you got to learn how to have the spirit of faith. This was a demonstration of the spirit of faith. When you have the spirit of faith, you have to celebrate the God who goes before you. Deuteronomy 31, verse 8, the Lord goes before you. Isaiah 45, 2 and 3, I will go before you and give you hidden treasure. Come on, hey, hebrew 12, verse 2 fix your eyes on Jesus, the altar and finisher of your faith.

Speaker 1:

Jesus didn't ride in after the resurrection. He rode in before the victory because he was showing us God is already in your tomorrow. I said God is already in your tomorrow. Come with me, baby, come. God is already in your tomorrow. So you see, this is what happened in our walks God walks with us and then he leaves us here and he goes up here in our future, and then he comes back and say coast clear. And then he takes us. Come on With him, come on somebody. Come on with him. Come on somebody.

Speaker 1:

Some of you know what you're worrying about next month, but God is already in your next months. You're worried about what would happen in July, but God has already gone. Come on, ain't you lie? You're worried about what's gonna happen next year when the contract expire, but God is already in your future. Come on, he's a transcendent God. He's not controlled or limited by space or time. Ah, he's omniscient. He knows everything. He's transcendent, is omnipotent, all powerful, and he has already gone ahead of you and prepared the way, and now you just have to follow the leadership of the Holy Spirit so he can take you there as a true God, to lead you to the blessing, to lead you to the breakthrough, to lead you to the open door. Come on, somebody. Shout glory.

Speaker 1:

I'm here to prophesy to somebody that wants to take this morning what you're praying for. He has already provided what you're afraid of. He's already defeated. What you're hoping for, he's already declared. Shout our praise before the breakthrough. I will rejoice before the breakthrough. I will rejoice before the results. I will march before the miracle.

Speaker 1:

I will have a parade before the proof, because I serve a God who finishes before he starts. Come on, somebody. I'm here to tell you it is already over. Come on, your breakthrough. It's already available. The victory is already yours. It's time to begin to have a foreshadowing parade. Come on, somebody. Come on, somebody. Come on, stop walking like God is guessing. I say stop walking like God is guessing, stop walking like God doesn't know what he's doing. Come on, he's not improvising, he is implementing a supernatural plan. Come on, somebody. Glory be to God.

Speaker 1:

How many of you know the children of Jericho shouted before the walls of Jericho fell down? How many of you know real faith in God shouts before there is any reason to shout about that? Real faith in God rejoices before there is anything to rejoice about? They shouted before the walls came down, but after they shouted, the walls came down. Oh, they gave God the praise on credit, not for what he did, but for what he's about to do. The king came riding on a donkey and people were saying hosanna, save us. But it was the unfolding of redemption, the unfolding of deliverance, the unfolding of healing.

Speaker 1:

I'm here to tell you today oh, you gotta reach out and receive what god has already provided for you. You are not a sick man trying to be healed, you are a healed man that the devil is trying to make sick. Isaiah prophesied and said by stripes, you were healed, you are healed. Jesus came and fulfilled it and Peter looked back and said by his stripes, you, by his stripes, you were healed. So you were healed, you are healed, and you are going to be healed In the name of Jesus, the blind eyes will be opened, deaf ears will be opened, cancer will be healed by the power of God because it's already done. You are not a broke person trying to be blessed. You are already blessed with every spiritual blessings. In heavenly places, somebody shout glory.

Speaker 1:

So if this is true, how do I step into this full shadow parade and get into the manifestation of what is already done? I'm glad you asked the question. The first thing you got to do is step forward. Somebody say step forward and let go of the past. Tell somebody step forward. It's time to start the parade, the full shadowing parade. Step forward and let go of the past. So the scripture we read says Mark 11 and 2. Go into the village Ahead of you. Philippians 3.13 and 14 says forgetting what is behind. I press on Isaiah 43, 18 and 19,. Forget the former things. I am doing a new thing. Somebody say step forward and let go of the past. This is what you're going to have to do If you're going to step into this foreshadowing parade.

Speaker 1:

Listen, god's direction is always forward facing. Now, this is not an exclusive statement, an inclusive statement. Yes, it's true that sometimes we, he says remember when I brought you from Egypt. Remember when I did this. There are times where we remember the goodness of God and all of those things, but principally speaking, god's direction is always forward. Somebody say, forward, forward, facing. Why? Because faith cannot function in the reverse. Hello, now you can use your testimony, but your testimony is not to bring you back, it's to push you forward. David said the God would deliver me from the lions and the bear, but then would deliver me from you. So he reached in the past, but it was to go forward. Faith cannot function in reverse. The parade was moving forward, and so must we was moving forward, and so must we.

Speaker 1:

When Jesus said go into the village ahead, he was not just giving geographical instructions, hello. He was giving prophetic direction for life. Jesus was setting the tone not only for his triumphant entry, but how we are to live in the kingdom of God. In other words, always moving, never being paralyzed by what is behind. The command wasn't just about retrieving a donkey. It was about retrieving a mechanism for destiny. It was about retrieving your destiny. You cannot walk into prophetic fulfillment while staring into your personal failure.

Speaker 1:

The instruction to go ahead in Mark 11 and 2 is more than logistical. It is prophetic. It's a divine direction for every believer that is caught between what was and what could be, between what was and what could be, remember when Jesus the lay is coming to Lazarus. When he arrived there was a lot of regrets. Lord, if only you have been here, my brother was not going to die, and hope that is deferred makes the heart sick and that's why sometimes we get caught up into what could have been and what could be, what was and what could be, lord, if only you have been here. So you have to be careful not to get trapped into what could have been If I only married sister. Wonderful, if I only married brother. Signs and wonders If I. Hey, if I only you got to be careful that regret doesn't stop your progress, hello. So go ahead is a divine direction for every believer caught between what was and what could be.

Speaker 1:

Jesus didn't tell the disciples to stay where they were and wait for the glory to come to them. He told them to go ahead, because glory doesn't visit the stagnant. Hello, it responds to the obedience. It responds to our obedience. You can't encounter the God of the forward momentum while staying parked in yesterday's pain. I'm not minimizing your pain, it was real, you really suffered tragedy and setback. I'm not minimizing, but Samuel said. God said to Samuel how long would you mourn? How long? How long? God said to Samuel, how long would you mourn over Saul? Hello, in other words, you can mourn, but sometimes you have to understand that mourning cannot be prolonged to the extent that it stops you from moving into what God has next. In other words, mourning has an expiration date. Thank you for your support. You can't encounter the God of forward momentum while staying in park in yesterday's pain, while staying in the park in yesterday's Spain. The palm branches of praise don't belong in the hands of people still mourning the closed chapters of their past.

Speaker 1:

Leviticus 9 and 6 says Do what the Lord has commanded and the glory shall appear. Do what the Lord has commanded and the glory One translation say you do this thing and the glory shall appear. In other words, we are waiting for God to do his thing, but God is waiting on us to do our thing so that he can do his thing. Sometimes we expect God to do something, while God is expecting us to do something in order for God to do what we expect him to do. But God will not do what only God can do if men will not do what only men can do. Come on, you got to do, yes, you got to do your little thing so that God can do his big things. Ah, so, god, you, god, you say I'm waiting on the Lord. No, no, no. Could it be that God is waiting on you? And I know it sounds very spiritual. They say how you doing? Well, I'm just waiting on the Lord, brother, I know there's a time for it, but how long you been waiting? Since 1975. Could it be that the Lord has been waiting? Come on, oh, do what the Lord has commanded, and the glory shall appear. Do what the Lord has commanded and the glory shall appear. I want to say do what the Lord has commanded and the miracle is going to take place and the door is going to open and your enemies are going to be defeated and God is going to take you from the bottom to the top. Come on, do what the Lord has commanded.

Speaker 1:

Isaac Newton law of motion says nothing moves until acted upon. So your celebration moves the atmosphere. Mark 11 to go into the village. Ahead, friends, from Genesis to Revelation, god is a God of movement. He calls Abraham to go to a land. He tells Moses to go forward and stretch the rod. He lead Israel with a cloud come on by day and fire by night, always moving. He sent Jesus with a mission to go and save the world. He sent his disciples to go out with the command go into all the world.

Speaker 1:

It's very difficult for us to experience the fullness of the blessing when we are stagnant. God never anoints neutral. I know some of you may have powerful cars, but you cannot leave the parking lot on neutral. You can make a lot of noise, you can blow up a gasket, you can have a lot of smoke, but you're still not going anywhere. And that's the spiritual life of many people. They're like on the proverbial treadmill A lot of activities but no movement. A lot of noise but no movement.

Speaker 1:

Hello, faith is a journey and not a museum. It's a forward path, not a circular treadmill. Come on somebody. And if you wait to see the entire pathway before you start to obey God, you will never start. But if you drive from Houston to Dallas and it's at night, the headlight in your car will eliminate maybe the first I don't know hundred meters, or I don't know. It will give you a certain vision, right, but the more you go forward, the more the light extend and show you more pathways. But if you stay where you are, you're never going to see the fullness of where God is taking you. He said his word is a lamp onto my feet, it's a light onto my path. So allow the word to take you step by step, light by light. Come on shot.

Speaker 1:

When you move, god moves. Tell your neighbor. When you move, god moves. When you praise, god pours. When you celebrate, heaven accelerates. I want to say it one more time. I want you to get excited about this. Oh, when you move, god moves. When you praise God's pause. When you celebrate, heaven accelerates. What feels impossible today is just a setup for your testimony tomorrow. Come on, keep pressing. Your breakthrough is near. Don't stop at the wall. God is about to push you through it. Heaven has no shortage of power. Align your faith and watch God do it. Suddenly Somebody shout glory three times.

Speaker 1:

You see, sometimes you can have the right direction but the wrong focus. Hello, the right direction, but the wrong focus. That's what we learned from Lot's wife. She had the right direction but the wrong focus. She was living Sodom with her feet but looking back with her heart and got stuck. Hello. Right direction, but wrong focus. I'm going to church, but wrong focus. Well, I don't really like the music style. I don't really like the carpet. I don't really like, you know, I don't like this loud preaching.

Speaker 1:

Right direction, but wrong focus. Hello, well, I wish the service was shorter. Right direction, but wrong focus. Well, you know, talk to your wife. Why can't you be like sister? So-and-so Right direction, but wrong focus. Well, why can't this church be like the church I used to go to? The pastor knew when my left hand started to shake, that means that he could give me the microphone to prophesy. Right direction, but wrong focus. You'd be amazed at the reason why people leave churches today. Somebody took my seat, somebody took my parking spot. They didn't recognize my gift.

Speaker 1:

Right direction, but wrong focus. That's why some people get stuck. They get stuck in life because they have the wrong focus. I'm preaching good right now. Listen to me. I'm preaching good right now. Listen to me. I'm going to say something to you. You will never experience breakthrough if you are obsessed with who broke you.

Speaker 1:

God said go, but you're still living where he said no Luke 9, 62. Why do you keep looking back, back, having second thoughts about following me. Hello, obey the last instruction. Tear down the altar of your to your failure. Celebrate like it's already happening. Move out of spiritual paralysis. Hey, obey the last instruction God gave you.

Speaker 1:

Some of you are stuck at the red light, the red light of fear, when God has already turned it green. Let your praise today be the proof that your faith is active, alive and expectant. Refuse to build altars to form a. Tear down the shrines of shame and raise a banner of Hosanna for what's ahead. Shout Hosanna, shout Hosanna, shout Hosanna, hosanna. In the highest Glory, in the highest, something big is coming. The resurrection is coming. Your victory is coming. The resurrection is coming, your victory is coming. Your breakthrough is coming. This is a foreshadowing parade.

Speaker 1:

I'm somewhere in the future and I look much better than I look right now. God has already done it. I am in transition for the manifestation. I may not have my wings yet, but I refuse to crawl another day because my faith is going to take me higher. Come on, somebody. Shout I refuse to look back. Come on, say I refuse to look back. I'm not looking back. I'm not even praying back. Do you know that some people pray back? I'm not even praying back. I am praising forward. My miracle is not behind me. My miracle is ahead of me. Go ahead. You have found a donkey. Go ahead. You will find your breakthrough. Go ahead, it is ahead of you. What God has for you is not here, it is ahead, and what you do now determine what happened next. You will never see what God has for you until you accept what God did for you. Don't live on that old offense. Some of you are still living with that person hurt me. That person hurt is holding your destiny hostage. You need to move forward. Somebody say forward. Say it again like you believe it. Forward, forward. Say I'm not looking back, I'm not going back. Don't live in the old heartbreak but he broke up with me but she left me. Don't live in that old pain. Don't live in that old failure, that past failure. Don't live in the past sin. Don't look back. Somebody say I'm not looking back. Don't look back. Don't think back. Don't talk back. Don't think back. Don't talk back. Don't pray back. Come on. Some people spend more time praying about what they did 30 years ago, 20 years ago, 10 years ago, instead of praying about what's coming. Come on, you pray about what God already took care of. Don't pray back. Here's another one for you. Don't pray back. Here's another one for you. Don't text back. You all need to pick up the anointing of ignoring the text. There are some people from your past who are trying to hook up with you, who are trying to connect. Come on, don't even text back. Don't Google back. I said don't Google back. You got to close that chapter because you're losing your mind. You have the right direction, but the wrong focus. Well, that's my ex. That's my ex. You got the wrong focus, hello. Well, I grew up there. You got the wrong focus. You got the right direction, but the wrong focus. Well, I can't just let go. You got the wrong focus. I'm going to tell you what. Don't lose your mind over the one that left you, because you're going to need your mind for the one that God is sending. Don't lose your mind over the job that fire you, because you're gonna need your mind for the business opportunity that God is gonna send your way. When one got one door closes, a bigger and a better door will open if you are in the kingdom of God, but you got to learn how to hold God's hand while you're going in transition. Shout, something big is ahead of me, that which shall be revealed, that which shall be has not yet been revealed. I'm somewhere in the future and I look much better than I look right now. So what's ahead of you? I'm glad you asked the question.

Speaker 1:

God has spiritual asset with your name on them. The donkey was ahead. It was an asset and it was somebody else's asset. I said it was somebody else's asset, but it was reserved. Somebody is having your money right now.

Speaker 1:

Come on, that million dollar is sitting on somebody else's account. They have many millions and God is saying hold on to that one. This is holy and sanctified. I want it to go to glorious ways. Church, come on, somebody. Come on somebody, somebody. There's an asset somewhere. I say there's an asset. You don't have to believe it, I receive it for myself. There's an asset somewhere for me. Come on, there's an asset that is come on, it's ahead of you. Come on, this year is over. Somebody is about to get into something. Your 20 years of prayers are going to be answered because God has an asset sitting somewhere waiting for you. The donkey was ahead. It was an asset waiting. The donkey was ahead. It was an asset waiting. God has assets for you with your name on it. But they are waiting for the transaction of faith to release them. I say they're waiting for a transaction of faith. Glory, better God. This is so powerful. Do you realize? Whatever the Lord needs, he has already marked. Let this sink in.

Speaker 1:

Jesus didn't ask for a colt, a donkey, and hope one would be there. He knew the donkey the colt was was already tied, already in place. He didn't say find one if you can, hello. He didn't say make a few phone calls and find out if. Thank you for your support. Find out if they have the Escalade available. I love the Escalade. Find out if they got a Yukon available.

Speaker 1:

I'm about to make this triumphant entry. Find out they have a stretch limousine. Find out they have a powerful white horse. Make some phone calls. Look at people who are connected in the city here. Do we know a couple of business people who are favorable to our ministry? What if we put in a newsletter? You know that company over there. Maybe we make a favor or something. Let's do a presentation of our project. There's nothing wrong. I'm not making fun of anything, but there's nothing wrong with those things.

Speaker 1:

But what I'm trying to say to you is that Jesus did not ask for a colt, a donkey, and hope one would be there. He knew the colt was already and hope one will be there. He knew the cult was already tied, already in place. He didn't say find one if you can. He said it's waiting for you and folks. That is a prophetic revelation. I said that's a revelation. It's a prophetic revelation of how God works.

Speaker 1:

I'm going to prophesy to somebody your opportunity is there Ahead of you, but it's tied up. It's tied but it's there. The breakthrough is tied but it's waiting for you. Hello, the anointing is there but it's appointed for your assignment. The moment you step into that assignment, that anointing and mantle is going to be released. Come on, what Jesus needed was already prepared, but he needed to be loose. I'm here to tell you when you step into your next assignment. It's your next step of obedience. The anointing is ahead of you. It's going to be released. There is a favor waiting for you in front of you. You're coming into a new season. You're going to see new doors open in your favor. In front of you. There's abundant light ahead of you. You're not going back into any of that stuff.

Speaker 1:

Hello, and let me just speak to the effect of closed doors. I wrote a great book on open door but it's not yet released. Sometimes, when a door is closed, we get sad about the closed door, but sometimes God closes the door for protection, for redirection, because he knows what's best for you. After Noah obeyed God and built the ark and put all the animals in his family, guess what? God closed the door, because had that door not been closed, all the 120 years of work was going to be wasted and everybody was going to die. So the longer you work with the Lord, the more you realize that you got to thank God Not only for open doors, but you have to thank God for closed doors. And sometimes rejection is redirection.

Speaker 1:

Declare the power and say it with precision. Say I release my memory, the memory. I release the memory that paralyzed me. I refuse to glorify my history more than I honor my destiny. I will not be defined by who left, by what fell or what I lost. My miracle is not behind me, it's in front of me. I will not miss the full shadow parade because I'm stuck at the funeral procession of my past. I'm gonna say it one more time I will not miss the full shadow parade because I am stuck at the funeral of my funeral procession of my past. Come on, don't let the funeral procession of your past cause you to miss your foreshadowing parade. You're missing out. There's something big coming. There's something great coming. There's something powerful coming. There's an open door coming. There's a deliverance coming, there's a provision coming. So don't park your car. I say don't park your car at the say don't park your car at the procession, or procession of your past. Hallelujah, all right. Here's the next point. Are you ready for this? We're talking about stepping into a full shadow parade.

Speaker 1:

The first point was what Step forward. Second point was what Step forward? Second point was what? Don't look back Right. Third step is what Step into the new? Don't ride an old donkey. Tell somebody, tell somebody, tell somebody.

Speaker 1:

You cannot step into a new season riding an old donkey. Look at your neighbor and say Hee-haw. Ask your neighbor are you calling me donkey? If that's the case, tell him I'm a good looking donkey. You cannot step into a new season riding an old donkey. Hello, he says go forward. You find a donkey, a cult that no one has ever sat upon. Jesus did not enter Jerusalem on an old donkey. Listen, what I'm trying to say to you is that you can't step into a new season riding on an old thing. Now, listen, we need to honor the past, the history, celebrate our culture, but I'm talking about, spiritually speaking, when God is inviting you to transition into the new. You cannot step into a new season riding an old thing. No, it has to be new.

Speaker 1:

What does the old donkey represent? All strategies, all habits, all experiences, systems, all systems. Hello, some people have no systems at all. I believe in systems. I teach on systems. Why systems and structures are important? Because living without systems amounts to living by luck and emotions. Systems make outcomes predictable. By providing formulas and approaches, they minimize biases and sentiments. Systems guarantee sustainability and sentiments. System guarantees sustainability and longevity. They enable replication and provide a basis for commendation, correction, promotion and demotion.

Speaker 1:

And there are six questions that every organization, you know, every individual that run a ministry or business, must ask to build effective systems and structure. Question number one why do I exist? Question number two who are the beneficiaries of my solution? What tool do I need? Who does what? What's the most important aspect of my vision to focus on now? Systems. But sometimes we worship the system and sometimes the system that worked 20 years ago doesn't work anymore. If you learn something about COVID, you understand that. Do you know that Bill Gates approached IBM with the idea of Microsoft back in the 80s? Ibm dominated the computer world but they had some disagreement about certain things. But the point is they didn't accept the idea and today you don't ever hear about. I mean, you can still hear about IBM, but Microsoft is ubiquitous. It is everywhere.

Speaker 1:

Hello, why? There was a transitioning system and sometimes your old donkey is an old system. Don't raise your hand. This is not an altar call, hello. Well, you know, I grew up in a house where this is the way my mommy and daddy did it. This is the way we did church back in the 80s. I'm not changing nothing. Nobody asked you to change the message, but you can change the methods to be relevant, to stay relevant, to reach a generation. Hello, well, you know, I'm a woman, I'm a man, whatever it is, whatever. Listen, you cannot, you cannot, you cannot step into a new season riding on an old donkey. Hello, here's what Jesus said about the old and the new In Matthew 2.22. And no one put new wine into an old wineskin, or else the new wine burst the wineskin and the wine is spilled and the wineskins are ruined, but the new one must be put into new wineskin.

Speaker 1:

Somebody say structure, somebody say system. What does that mean? You can't put the new experience into an old habit. Hello, when Jesus prepared to enter Jerusalem for the final time, he chose not just an animal. He gave specific instruction. You will find a cold that has never somebody say never, never been ridden, never. Somebody say never.

Speaker 1:

That detail isn't trivial, it's theologically rich and prophetically precise. Jesus, the king of glory, didn't borrow someone's used right. Thank you for your support. Let me repeat that for the hearing impaired. Jesus, the king of glory, didn't borrow someone's used right. He entered into a new era with a new vehicle symbolizing a new move of God. Why? Because you cannot carry a prophetic future on the back of a past framework, back of a past framework. I said you cannot carry a prophetic, a prophetic future in the back of an old framework. This is what we learned from the Shunammite.

Speaker 1:

When she perceived that Elijah was a holy man of God passing by, she said to her husband let us build a room. Hello, let us. In other words, we're having visitation. He comes and goes, but we want to change the visitation into a habitation. We want to capture the glory of God. In order for us to capture the glory of God, in order for us to capture the glory of God, we have to change the walls. We have to knock down the wall, we have to revamp the system. We have to create a new structure to house a new thing. Come on, somebody, I don't want just visitation, I want a habitation. Come on, I'm telling you, god has a new donkey for. I'm telling you God has a new donkey for you. I say God has a new donkey for you. There's a new donkey in this season, there's a new move. Come on, god is about to shift things. Glory be to God.

Speaker 1:

You heard a story about the father and the son. They had a donkey and they're walking down the road and the son said to his father dad, why don't you just ride on the back of the donkey? Well, some passerby saw the dad riding on the back of the donkey and the son walking. They said that is so inhumane, how can you let your son walk and you're riding on a donkey? Well, they switched positions Not too long after that. Somebody else says that is so terrible, how can you let your father walk and you ride. Well, the next thing they saw, both of them were riding on the back of the donkey. Somebody else came by and said that is so inhumane. How can both of you ride on the back of the donkey? Last time they saw them, they both carried the donkey down the street. Thank you for your enthusiasm.

Speaker 1:

First of all, no matter what you do, there's always somebody that is going to criticize you Hello. But sometimes the issue isn't the donkey, it's trying to please people with an old method. That's why they kept switching position. I'm here to tell you it's a new move of God. Hello, this is a new move of God. Some people are going to get offended because of your music style. Some people are going to get offended because of your music style. Some people are going to be offended because of your preaching style, because of the gifts of the Spirit. But if you're going to ride this new wave, come on, you're going to have to pay the price. That means that you have to be willing to be criticized. You have to be willing to go against the grain, go against the power of the status quo. But I tell you what lives are going to change. Houston is going to change. America is going to change.

Speaker 1:

Come on, replace the old system with a new system, because there's new wine coming, there's a glory coming, there's a power coming. The best days of this church are not behind you. The best days of this church are not behind you. The best days of this church are ahead of you. The Lord will say to you build a new system, ride the new donkey. There's another wave of glory coming. You've experienced waves after waves, but you know, in the ocean, one wave hides another. And I'm telling you there's another wave coming. Get ready, glorious church. Another wave of his power. God is releasing a new donkey. He's going to bring in a new glory. Shout glory to him. But what he's saying to you is don't let familiarity forfeit your future. Why? You know, old donkey, feel safe. Well, we got a cookie.

Speaker 1:

Predictable service in some churches, not in this one. Three fast songs, two slow songs, a sermonette for Christian, that that goldman smoked cigarette while they're surfing the net and drinking Diet Coke. The service is going to last 45 minutes. I tell you, very soon somebody's going to have a drive-thru church, like McDonald's, coming on one side. You give your offering, you pick up the message and you're done for the day.

Speaker 1:

Listen, all donkeys feel safe. Hello. Well, I know this donkey. They're familiar. You know how they move. Oh yeah, I've seen this donkey before. Don't worry, it's going gonna be okay. Some of you, if you have visit a visitor sitting next to you, he's gonna be. He's gonna be all right. He's a big black donkey, but it's gonna be all right. You know how they move. You've been riding them for years. But here's the thing familiarity can be deceptive. It can make you comfortable with cycle god already closed, and that old donkey could be an old coping coping mechanism. That old donkey might be your outdate comfort zone. That old donkey might be the people pleasing tendency that once worked but now restricts.

Speaker 1:

Isaiah 43, 18 and 19,. Do not dwell in the former things. I am doing a new thing. When Jesus rode into Jerusalem, he was fulfilling prophecy, not following tradition. He was activating destiny, not repeating history. I'm here to tell you the new you is required for the new season. There will never be a new year unless there is a new you. There will never be. Unless there's a new you, there will never be a new move. You can't ride a new donkey while clinging on the reign of who you used to be Hello. So everybody ask yourself the question what old donkey am I still trying to ride in this, going into this season? Hello, pray lord, show me the old system, thoughts or habits I'm trying to use to access new glory. Say I receive the new, I release the old. I will not ride yesterday's donkey into tomorrow's purpose. Hello, I'm here to tell you you were not created to be stuck in old cycles. You are not a monument to what was. You are movement for what's coming. I'm going to say it again for the hearing impaired Listen you were not created to be stuck in old cycles. You are not a monument to what was. You are movement for what's coming.

Speaker 1:

Stop fixing the saddle on that old donkey. God has already tied up the new one. It's waiting for your next. It's waiting for you in your next. What you determine now, what you do now, will determine what happens next. Go forward and untie it Shout. Untie it Shout, go forward. I'm going to land the airplane. Go forward and untie it Shout. Untie it Shout, go forward, I'm going to land the airplane. Go forward and untie it. Look at the person next to you and say go forward and untie it, go forward. If anyone asks you why you are untying it. Tell them the Lord has a need of it.

Speaker 1:

Jesus sent his disciple with a strange but divine instruction Go into the village. You will find a cold tide. Untie it and bring it to me. What's profound here isn't just the fact that the cold was found, is that it was tied, yet chosen. It was bound but yet appointed. It was hidden but already claimed. And I'm here to say to you just because it is bound, that doesn't mean that it's not blessed. I'm going to say it again Just because it's bound doesn't mean it's not blessed, because we often associate bondage with worthlessness. But that's not how the kingdom sees it.

Speaker 1:

The donkey was tied up, but Jesus already set his eyes on it. It had never been written reading, but he was still prepared for purpose. Just because you are in a season where things feel restricted doesn't mean God has forgotten your value. Hello, I'm gonna borrow my wife's purse. That's a purse. Thank you for your support.

Speaker 1:

The donkey was tied up, but its value was not diminished. This bag is tied up. You can't use it, but the value is not diminished. The fact that it is bound doesn't reduce its value, but it obstructs its purpose. The fact that it is bound doesn't reduce its value, but it obstructs its purpose. It's the purpose that is held back, not the value. And there are things in your life that have great value, but they're tied up, but they still have great value. There are people in your life that may be bound, but they still have great value. That child of yours that is addicted still has value. The lost prostitute in the street that are lost they are bound, they still have value. The gang members they are lost, but they still have value. Don't confuse the purpose with the value. If they are created in the image of God, if they have promises upon them, they have value.

Speaker 1:

Hello, but here's what happened. He said loose it. Somebody say loose it. Well, this was tied pretty good. Loose it. Somebody say I'm loose it. That's what preaching, the word is lucid. That's what prayer is lucid. That's what evangelizing is lucid. Invite somebody to church tonight, lucid, and bring it to me and bring it to me. And bring it to me Now you can use it. You can take this, lose it. Somebody shout lose it.

Speaker 1:

Come on, some of you. I dare you to look at your family, think about them right now. Someone that is bound, and I dare you to say I'll unt about them right now, someone that is bound, and I dare you to say I'll untie you in the name of Jesus. I dare you to look at your dreams, lost dreams, dreams that have been put on the shelf, and say I'll untie you in Jesus name. Come on, I dare you to look at the giftings of God in you, some of you, you, you're talented, but your gift, it's hidden, maybe it's blocked because of here. But I dare you to say I untie you in Jesus' name. Come on, if you believe that everything that was bound is now free, give God a shout of praise, shout glory three times. Come on, untie your integrity. Come on, with your mouth you can untie.

Speaker 1:

Hello, this is so important. You know when my wife and I, when we got pregnant with our daughter it was, you know, our church in Dallas organized a diaper drive. They gave us over a thousand diapers. I was like praise God. But then the gifts start to come from around the world. You know we've been to like 123 plus countries. Gifts start coming. How many strollers can one baby have? How many? And because we travel so much and our secretary goes to our house once a week to check things out. Because we, to give you a perspective, since september we only slept like 15 times in our house, and so they're all there. And so there was boxes, packages coming from this church, from that place, from that place. But I never saw a UPS delivery guy drop a box and say can I help you unpack it? Can I come in and unpack it? Hello, the job of the mailman is to deliver the package, but your job is to unwrap it, is to untie it.

Speaker 1:

Listen, you have the authority to release what has been restricted. Matthew 18, 18 says Whatsoever you bound on earth will be bound in heaven. Whatsoever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. You've been praying for breakthrough, but certain things are waiting for your declaration, not God's decision. He's already authorized you to have it. The donkey is waiting for you, the breakthrough is waiting for you. Shout out untie my dreams, untie my family. Untie my creativity. Untie my finances, untie my of calling. The Lord needs it and it's time for it to be released, hallelujah. You have to realize that when you untie it, when you step into it, when you lose it, you step into another dimension. Come on, forgiveness untes favor. When you release others, you release yourself.

Speaker 1:

Repentance. On tithes redemption, you are not disqualified by your failure but empowered by your turning excellence. On tithe elevation, god doesn't promote laziness. He lift those who do the work with integrity. Praise, stand up, praise, praise on thy presence. Praise is the password to the atmosphere of heaven. When you believe boldly, you unlock heavenly reality. Hallelujah, somebody shout, glory three times. Hallelujah. Somebody say I will praise before the breakthrough, I will rejoice before the results. I will march before the miracle. I will have a parade before the proof, because I serve a God who finishes before he starts. Hallelujah, glory be to God. Glory be to God.
